Signal was founded by Matt Fenn to change the way organisations understand how their people actually work together.
After years working across leadership development, performance, and team environments, Matt saw a consistent gap between what organisations believed was happening inside their teams and what was actually unfolding when pressure, uncertainty, and complexity were present. Conversations, workshops, and surveys often captured intention — but rarely revealed real behaviour.
Signal was built to close that gap.
It creates environments where people must make decisions, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate in real time, allowing organisations to see how alignment, leadership, and interpersonal dynamics truly operate beneath the surface. The goal is not to teach or instruct, but to surface what is already happening so development and strategy can be grounded in reality.
Signal sits at the intersection of behaviour, decision-making, and alignment. It brings together immersive experience design with structured insight, helping organisations understand how teams think, act, and work together when the stakes are real.
The ambition is simple: to redefine how organisations gain insight into leadership, collaboration, and performance — moving beyond theory and perception to something far more honest, human, and useful.
At its core, Signal is grounded in a belief that meaningful change starts with clarity. When organisations can see how people actually operate, they are far better equipped to strengthen alignment, develop leaders, and improve how teams work together in complex environments.
